It’s a culinary blowtorch attachment

Searzall Torch Attachment uses its patent-pending cone-shaped chamber to force the flame to pass through 2 layers of super-heated mesh that drastically increases the temperature and spreads the flame evenly while also converting some to infra-red radiant heat. A thick outer wire safety cage is also included in the torch accessory in order to prevent you or anything from touching its hot fiery head.

The result? Food is cooked quicker minus the cons of blowtorching.
