Searzall Torch Attachment

Now you’re cooking with fire.

Blowtorching to sear food while cooking is a good way to add a unique flavor to your food, but the practice can be dangerous not to mention the off-putting smell it produces. To create the perfect searing temperature use the Searzall Torch Attachment, a nifty blowtorch attachment that forces the thin flame of a blowtorch through two layers of fine, high-temperature-resistant wire mesh. This produces a consistent, evenly spread flame that sears food safely without any pungent burning odor. And that’s how you professionally finish your food, no years of chef-like cooking experience required.

It’s a culinary blowtorch attachment

This innovative product is the invention of chef and author Dave Arnold at Booker and Dax in New York. The handheld radiant boiler was brought to life via Kickstarter’s online crowd-funding platform. It successfully garnered $226,425 of funding through 2,811 backers in December of 2013.

Searzall Torch Attachment uses its patent-pending cone-shaped chamber to force the flame to pass through 2 layers of super-heated mesh that drastically increases the temperature and spreads the flame evenly while also converting some to infra-red radiant heat. A thick outer wire safety cage is also included in the torch accessory in order to prevent you or anything from touching its hot fiery head.

The result? Food is cooked quicker minus the cons of blowtorching.

Awesome product features

  • Flavor friendly torching: This is a carefully engineered attachment that is specifically designed to bring out your blowtorch’s full potential. It can shape, moderate and control the flame, avoiding the dreaded torch taste and making it easier to preserve your food’s flavor.

  • Advance special mesh coating: With its Palladium mesh finish this blowtorch attachment is able to produce higher temperatures with the added benefit of better oxidation resistance, which means less rusting and more torching power.

  • Perfectly structured for your cooking comfort: Having a handy dimension of 4.2 by 5.2 by 4.5 inches and just weighing a little over 4 ounces, Searzall Torch Attachment is made to be lightweight and ergonomic, lessening hand strain and making it very easy to quickly maneuver while searing.
