You may not be super into the fancy side of things but there are occasions when a simple beer my not fit the bill. Enter Beer Champagne. Made with 3 yeast trains and 100% British malted barley, the flavors are much more complex than your Saturday night 6 pack. To really develop a depth and richness, the champagne is fermented for 6 weeks and allowed to mature for 100 days possibly making it more mature than some of the guests.
